Big Church Festival

Event management & safety for Europe's largest Christian music festival

Big Church Festival is the biggest Christian music event in Europe with 35,000 attendees. The festival brings together people from all Christian denominations to celebrate over 2 days and comprises of 5 stages and a campsite in the beautiful west Sussex countryside.

We started out providing health and safety for Big Church in 2018 compiling risk assessments, writing the event management plan and checking contractor paperwork. We provided a small team on site to monitor build, event and de-rig safety plus signing off food traders.

In 2021 we developed our involvement and now provide event management as well as safety. We plan and manage a number of teams on-site including security, traffic, gates and logistics as well as work closely with all the other departments (production, creative, volunteers, artists) to deliver the event.
