Hybred Events have been working with Brighton Pride CIC (BPCIC) to deliver Brighton & Hove Pride since 2013. By providing strategic and operational planning to the BPCIC team, we have supported the event to transform from unmanageable and loss-making into a world-class, financially sustainable event that generates hundreds of thousands of pounds for LGBTQ+ groups, other community groups and projects in Brighton & Hove.
Due to the multiple-venue nature of the event (Pride in the Park, Pride Village Street Party and the Community Parade) we are required to work with a number of production companies to deliver across the separate areas, all with different build times and delivery schedules.
The 2025 Pride weekend saw record numbers descend on Brighton, with an estimated 300,000 people joining the city-wide celebration across all events. Mariah Carey performed to a crowd of approximately 50,000 fans at Pride in the Park, marking one of the largest headline shows in the event’s history.
Hybred provided full Health & Safety management for both the Community Parade and Pride Village Street Party, and Silver level representation throughout live operations ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of all activities.
