Limitless Festival is a vibrant summer gathering created to inspire and equip a new generation. Designed specifically for young people, it brings together more than 5,000 attendees aged 11–18 for a weekend filled with energy, connection, and purpose.
Across multiple dynamic venues, the festival features a packed programme of activities, sports, seminars, workshops, and after-hours events.
Working alongside the Limitless team, Hybred supported every stage of delivery, from early planning through to live operations, to ensure the Limitless Festival 2025 ran safely, compliantly, and with confidence.
Our role included:
- Developing comprehensive risk assessments tailored to each activity and area
- Providing consultation on the Event Management Plan and key policies
- Delivering on-site safety management across the build and live phases
- Signing off food suppliers and ensuring full compliance with the EMP and legislation
From detailed planning to final sign-off, Hybred’s team worked collaboratively to keep safety integrated into every part of the process allowing the organisers to focus on creating an unforgettable experience for young people.
