We’re looking for experienced, dependable freelancers to join the Hybred team.
We don’t just tick boxes – we work alongside our clients to make things happen safely, and we want people around us who feel the same way.
Safety Advisors
We are specifically hunting for freelancers with previous experience in the event sector. You might be just right for us if you:
– Look for the ‘how’, not just the ‘no’
– Understand the unique pressures of the event world
– Are someone clients genuinely want to talk to
– Hold your NEBOSH General Certificate and have the right to work in the UK
If you’re calm under pressure, friendly and experienced, we’d love to hear from you. We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have a minimum 3 years event experience and recently have upskilled by obtaining a NEBOSH General Certificate and want to pursue a career in Event Safety.
Fire Safety Risk Assessor
Do you hold a Level 3 Fire Safety qualification? We’re looking for freelance fire safety assessors to support us across a range of venues throughout the UK.
Event Safety Support – Flexible Remote Role
Are you returning from a career break, or looking to step back from the demands of full-time onsite work?
We are looking for an experienced professional to support us with our documentation — remotely, and around your schedule.
You’ll be reviewing risk assessments and contractor paperwork, working within our bespoke in-house systems. Full support and guidance will be provided from day one.
What we’re looking for:
– A background in event safety
– Confidence reviewing risk assessments and contractor documentation
– Strong written English and good attention to detail
– Reliability and the ability to work independently
What we offer:
– Fully remote working
– Flexible hours to suit you, approximately 2–4 hours per week
– A supportive, experienced team behind you
If this sounds like the kind of role that fits your life right now, we’d love to hear from you.
*Due to the safety-critical nature of this role, candidates must be able to read, understand, and communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
