… whatever idea the Backyard team came up with we had to work out how to do it safely!
We worked with the team during the design process to factor in accessibility, fire evacuation processes as well providing Construction Phase plans and risk assessments for the build process. In addition we worked with the team to look at the company’s overall health & safety providing safeguarding policies, venue and event specific risk assessments, providing in person health and safety training annually and online training for new starters. During Covid we worked continuously with them to ensure they could stay open safely throughout.
